Who is inspire?
inspire is a competence center with a close relationship to university. Its goal is to support the Swiss machine building industry.
inspire is researching for industry and solves problems in various areas of research such as methods, processes, and technologies. inspire is able to apply them in real applications.
inspire brings together partners from academia and industry, as well as other competences in order to realize common projects.
inspire has the people, the methods, and the competences in order to successfully transfer ideas into innovations. Whenever new research fields have to be evaluated, when competences in technology or project management are required, or whenever a neutral and objective statement is required, inspire could help.
inspire is a common initiative of Swissmem, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), and the Swiss government.
